Class Lineup

Programs that cover the full Muay Thai path.

These are starter class descriptions and can be refined once the final coaching schedule and offerings are locked in. The core idea stays the same: real training, clear progression, and work that carries over to live rounds.

  • Pad work, bag rounds, and partner drilling built into the weekly mix
  • Clear beginner on-ramp before the pace gets heavier
  • Conditioning that supports striking instead of replacing it
